Since 2013, Chris has been at the forefront of real estate, personally involved in hundreds of property transactions in Whangarei. Known for his personable approach and deep local knowledge, he excels in both commercial and residential sales across Australasia.

In 2019, Chris became the sales performance manager and co-owner of Ray White Whangarei. Having grown up in the area, he has strong community ties and a specialized understanding of leadership and family business, ensuring Hannam & Co Realty delivers an exceptional client experience.
